2007
September 23 & 24, 2007 - We did it!! Secret got her last competition win and finished her UKC Championship. She also topped it off with a Best of Breed and a Group 3. Many, many thanks go out to Hal Dimbiloglu, who was more than willing to give up his Sunday, and assist in this creative adventure. Also, a huge thank you to UKC Judge Robert Klatt for the wonderful compliments on Secret's upbeat attitude, her excellent movement, and ring presence. "She just sparkled in the Ring!"
August 4 & 5, 2007 - At a UKC show in Michigan, Amy reports that it was a great weekend! In her words:
"Well, Hal did it again - he took Banshee to another Best of Breed win this past weekend. Unfortunately, I only got a Group 4 on him after Hal showed him so well. Guess, I gotta work on my handling skills. Secret did pick up another competition win by beating Banshee in the Best of Breed and she picked up a Group 3. I'm so proud of how well Hal is doing with these dogs. It's nice to be able to watch them in the ring every once in a while."
May 23, 2007 - Ray graced us with nine puppies. She was bred to AKC/ASCA Ch. Dixiana's Dance Fever (Rowdy). To view their pedigree, please click here.
May Shows- Banshee aka UKC Ch. ASCA Ch. Catera's Lil GTO, CGC stepped back into the UKC ring and picked up a win from the Champions Class, Best of Breed, and a Group 1 with a novice handler on him in the Breed ring. Thank you to Hal Dimbiloglu of Take The Lead Dog Training Center for wanting to jump right in and learn how to show. Also thank you to Debra Mitchell for recognizing Banshee's athletic ability and soundness. Your comment that this dog is solid will always stay with me.
Catera Get it Gear (PRNDL) finished her UKC championship by going best female over her sister Secret at the K-9 Fanciers show. PRNDL is also very close to getting her first weight pulling title. We are very proud of her and Meghan Rosenstangle of Beacon Farm and Kennel.
Secret, Catera's Zero to Sixty, could not be out done by her sister. She picked up her first points in UKC by going Best Female and Best of Winners under judge Debra Mitchell. Thank you to Mrs. Mitchell for both Banshee's and Secret's wonderful wins.
April Shows - Ch. Callisto's Meet Me at Catera (Ali-cat) went Best Opposite Sex under Breeder Judge Lynn Hammon at the ASC of MI Show.
